Hi there! This is Darin Letzring. I’m a Solo Dad living with two awesome young men in Pocatello, Idaho. We are avid outdoor adventurers with a focus on skiing.

This website is my way to “go and make disciples.” There are alot of ways to do it, this one is mine. I want to discuss and ask questions about how to apply God’s Word to our daily lives. This is mostly for men in their late 40s to maybe mid-60s and reflecting on where they are in life, how we got here, and where we are going — all mixed in with a daily relationship with Jesus.

In a perfect world, this will turn into an online Bible Study group of some sort that also meets a few times a year for an outdoor adventure to experience the awesomeness of God’s backyard and peace and joy that comes with connecting with God.

I know the importance of time and living each day, and that’s an important part of what Jesus was always saying. I know tbis because I know the pain of unexpected death. I was living the dream with my wide Tera when passed away overnight unexpectedly from a bloodclot. A beautiful family dinner at 6:30pm turned into a hospital visit at 830pm and she didnt come home to our home…..instead she went “Home Home” – our real Home with God.
